The Savior of Humanity

Imam al-Mahdi (a.t.f.s.) was born on the 15th of Sha'ban 255 AH in Samarra. His birth was kept completely secret to protect him from the Abbasid caliphs who sought to kill him. The Era of Occultation

Following the martyrdom of his father, he went into Minor Occultation (Ghaybat al-Sughra), communicating through four specific deputies. This was followed by the Major Occultation (Ghaybat al-Kubra), which continues to this day. Shia Muslims fervently pray for his reappearance and strive to prepare themselves for his global revolution.

Aamal for 15th Sha'ban

The 15th of Sha'ban is the second most important night in the Islamic calendar after Laylat al-Qadr. Believers stay awake the entire night in worship, recite Kumayl supplication, and perform specific prayers. The most crucial act is reciting Dua Nudba and Dua Ahad, renewing our allegiance to the Imam of our time and pleading with Allah to hasten his return.
